Sticky Barbecue Chicken Thighs
Put the chicken thighs into a dish so that they fit snugly. Mix together the Sweet Mustard Ketchup and honey and pour over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for anything from 1 to 6 hours.
Cook on the barbecue, or in a really hot oven for 20-30 mins or until the chicken is cooked through, turning frequently and basting regularly with the marinade.
Serve with a mixed leaf or a potato salad.
